The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

A cosa serve?
La valvola di sicurezza AS00002817 è montata solitamente all'uscita della caldaia e si occupa di trasportare l'acqua riscaldata verso il circuito idraulico per le successive operazioni come erogazione del caffè o emissione del vapore. Alla sua estremità è posizionato un beccuccio di uscita a cui va collegato un tubicino, al suo interno la valvola dispone di un sistema di sicurezza che permette al vapore in eccesso di fluire lungo questo tubicino ed evitare potenziali problemi di sicurezza.
Sintomi, quali problemi puoi risolvere sostituendo il valvola
Se notate che la macchina da caffè non eroga più acqua o vapore, o la vaschetta di scarico della condensa si riempie in modo anomalo, il problema potrebbe essere causato da un difetto della valvola di sicurezza che non riesce più a gestire correttamente i flussi dell'acqua o a causa di un blocco dovuto dal calcare. Se dopo la decalcificazione il problema persiste, consigliamo di sostituire questa valvola di sicurezza.
Cura e manutenzione del ricambio
Effettuare la regolare decalcificazione della tua macchina da caffè risolve l'80% dei problemi di questo elettrodomestico, tra cui il possibile blocco della valvola di sicurezza AS00002817.
Indicazioni per il montaggio
L'installazione è abbastanza semplice, basta rimuovere le clip agganciate alla valvola e sfilarla dalla caldaia. Consigliamo di sostituire le guarnizioni una volta sostituita la valvola, potete trovarle disponibili nel nostro shop secondo il modello della macchina da caffè in vostro possesso.
