Shipping policy

Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.

Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.

Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.

For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.

PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.

Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
