The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

What is the purpose of the water pump?
This is an essential component for the operation of the steam iron. The pump is responsible for drawing water from the tank and pushing it under pressure directly into the boiler (or into the plate if the product is not equipped with one). Unlike older steam irons without an electric pump, in new ironing systems it is essential for continuous refilling of the boiler without needing to wait for cooling to refill the water and interrupt ironing sessions. It is a high-efficiency vibration pump that, thanks to a piston inside, can push water from one point to another in the fluid circuit.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty pump cause?
Question: Why is my steam iron no longer producing steam?
Answer: If you no longer hear the usual noise of the pump operating (a kind of vibration) when you press the steam release button, the fault is almost certainly caused by the faulty pump. By replacing it, you can start producing steam again.
Professional tips
To prolong the life of the pump and generally extend the life of your ironing system, it is recommended to use a mixture of demineralized water and tap water, but above all to periodically clean the boiler and the plate according to the instructions in the manual. There are many products suitable for descaling, specifically designed for use in steam irons, and you can find many of them in our catalog from various brands.
