- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.

A cosa serve la pompa elettrica in una macchina da caffè è estremamente importante: aspira l'acqua dal serbatoio e la spinge ad alta pressione verso la caldaia. Senza questa spinta, l'acqua non riuscirebbe ad passare attraverso la polvere di caffè nel braccetto o nella capsula, rendendo impossibile l'estrazione degli aromi.

Domanda: Come posso capire se la pompa della mia macchina da caffè è guasta?
Risposta: I segnali più comuni includono una macchinetta del caffè che non eroga più acqua oppure, al contrario, un apparecchio che diventa completamente silenzioso quando dovrebbe erogare. Se noti che il caffè esce a gocce nonostante la pulizia dal calcare, molto probabilmente la pompa dell'acqua ha perso la sua potenza di spinta originale.
Suggerimenti per la durata del prodotto
La durata della pompa acqua dipende dalla qualità dell'acqua. I depositi minerali sono il nemico numero uno: ostruiscono le valvole interne della pompa causandone il surriscaldamento. Ti consigliamo di pulire il circuito con un decalcificante specifico ogni 2-3 mesi e, se possibile, utilizzare un filtro addolcitore nel serbatoio per prevenire occlusioni precoci.
Istruzioni di montaggio
Per sostituire la pompa 5113212311, ricorda innanzitutto di staccare l'alimentazione elettrica. Dopo aver rimosso la scocca della macchina da caffè, trova il vecchio componente e stacca i tubi in gomma e i connettori elettrici. Presta attenzione a come sono posizionati i gommini, poiché servono a limitare il ronzio durante l'uso. Inserisci la nuova pompa seguendo lo stesso orientamento e ripristina i collegamenti idraulici ed elettrici.
