Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns
The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.
Return address: PG Service – Via Valplatani 2, 90144 Palermo (PA) – Italy.
Important product information
Important product information
Read these notes on compatibility, measurements, packaging, photos and technical data before purchase.
Customs data, HS Code and country of origin
The data relating to HS Code, customs code and country of origin, when present, is indicative and does not constitute customs advice. It is reported based on the information available when the product page was created, provided by the manufacturer or found on the product/packaging. This data may change. For specific customs requirements or absolute certainty, we recommend contacting us before purchase.
Product packaging
As we sell spare parts and accessories for household appliances, many items are supplied loose by manufacturers, without printed or dedicated packaging. When original or specific packaging is present, it is normally visible in the item photos. Otherwise, the product may be supplied in neutral packaging or without retail packaging, always with suitable protection for transport.
Item dimensions and measurements
The measurements shown on the product page are taken when the item is created and may have a small indicative tolerance of about 1-3 mm. Compatibility should mainly be checked through the brand and model indicated in the description. If the spare part is purchased for models not included in the compatibility list, we cannot guarantee correct fitting based on measurements alone.
Photos, details and technical specifications
The photos and technical specifications are created or reported with care when the product page is created. The manufacturer may change small aesthetic, construction or technical details over time without notice. Any variations do not affect compatibility when the item is purchased for the models indicated in the description. For use on models not listed as compatible, we recommend contacting us before purchase.
General note
The information on the product page is intended to help the customer choose the correct spare part and does not limit the rights provided by current legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity.
