The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

What is the purpose of a safety valve in a pressure cooker?
This valve plays a vital role: it acts as an emergency system. If the main operating valve (or vent valve) becomes blocked or the safety piston gets stuck, the safety valve automatically intervenes to release excess pressure and steam. Additionally, it prevents the lid from being opened while there is residual pressure, protecting the user from sudden steam bursts. This new improved version also ensures greater safety and precision of intervention compared to the previous version.

QUESTION: When is it necessary to change the safety valve?
ANSWER: Generally, if you notice a constant steam leak from the edges of the valve even at low pressure, it is likely that the internal gasket is dry. Another symptom is the inability of the cooker to reach the correct pressure.
QUESTION: The internal ball seems stuck, what should I do?
ANSWER: Food residues can block the mechanism. If after thorough cleaning the ball (or piston) does not move freely, it is necessary to replace part 0794109510 to maintain safety.
QUESTION: What is the difference between the operating (or vent) valve and the safety valve?
ANSWER: The operating or vent valve serves to maintain constant pressure inside the cooker and releases steam in a controlled manner during cooking. The safety valve, on the other hand, intervenes when the vent valve is blocked or obstructed, acting as the first level of safety in case of problems to prevent overheating and possible accidents.
QUESTION: Why is my pressure cooker not reaching the correct pressure?
ANSWER: In cases of cookers with adjustable pressure, the problem may be caused by a defective or blocked vent valve. Also, check the sides of the lid and the cooker to ensure there are no steam leaks. If you notice leaks from the edges of the cooker or signs of limescale, the problem is likely due to a misaligned gasket or one that needs to be replaced because it is broken or too dry. If you notice steam leaks from the safety valve even when there is low pressure, you will need to replace it.
