The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Il manico di una scopa lavapavimenti è il componente che fornisce il punto di presa necessario per accompagnare, inclinare e orientare l'apparecchio durante la pulizia. Attraverso l'impugnatura, i movimenti della mano vengono trasmessi alla struttura della lavapavimenti, consentendo di manovrare l'aspiralavapavimenti attorno a mobili, pareti e ostacoli. Una maniglia di guida integra è quindi importante sia per la comodità d'uso sia per mantenere una corretta ergonomia durante gli spostamenti.
Sintomi, quali problemi può causare un manico rotto?
- Sono comparse crepe vicino all'attacco del manico? Una crepa vicino al punto di fissaggio può indebolire la maniglia e trasformarsi in una rottura completa con le successive sollecitazioni.
- Il manico si è spezzato dopo una caduta o una torsione? In presenza di una rottura strutturale è consigliabile sostituire l'impugnatura invece di continuare a utilizzare la macchina con fissaggi improvvisati.
- I pulsanti sul manico non rispondono oppure funzionano in modo intermittente? Un funzionamento discontinuo dei comandi può indicare un problema ai microinterruttori, alla scheda elettronica dell'impugnatura o ai relativi connettori.
- La lavapavimenti funziona solo muovendo o premendo il manico in una determinata posizione? Se il funzionamento cambia muovendo il manico, è possibile che siano presenti contatti allentati, fili danneggiati o connessioni instabili nel gruppo comandi.
Suggerimenti per la durata del prodotto
Il manico non richiede una manutenzione complessa, ma controllare occasionalmente impugnatura, innesti e punti di articolazione aiuta a individuare per tempo eventuali anomalie. Rimuovere polvere e residui dalle zone di giunzione con un panno asciutto e, dove necessario, una spazzolina delicata. Non utilizzare solventi o prodotti particolarmente aggressivi sulle parti plastiche. Se compaiono fessurazioni, movimenti anomali o parti che non rimangono più saldamente unite, è preferibile intervenire prima che le sollecitazioni della normale guida trasformino il difetto in una rottura completa.

- Per far durare più a lungo il manico della lavapavimenti, evitare movimenti laterali violenti e non utilizzare la maniglia come leva quando la macchina incontra un ostacolo. Le rotture più comuni interessano infatti attacchi, snodi e parti plastiche maggiormente sollecitate e sono spesso favorite da urti, cadute o torsioni eccessive. Per una pulizia rapida, passare sull'impugnatura un panno morbido leggermente inumidito e asciugare subito dopo. Evitare di spruzzare detergenti direttamente sul manico o negli eventuali punti di giunzione. Se durante l'uso compare un gioco anomalo, controllare subito il corretto fissaggio invece di continuare a utilizzare la macchina forzando il componente.
