The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Qual è la sua funzione?
La guarnizione viene alloggiata all'interno del coperchio e, durante la chiusura, viene compressa contro la bottiglia creando la tenuta necessaria. In questo modo limita la fuoriuscita di liquidi quando la bottiglia viene chiusa e trasportata. Per funzionare correttamente, la guarnizione deve aderire senza pieghe, deformazioni o residui che possano interrompere la superficie di tenuta. Questa guarnizione è utilizzabile solamente con le bottiglie in plastica da 400ml e 700ml.
Sintomi, quali problemi puoi risolvere sostituendo la guarnizione
La bottiglia perde liquido dal coperchio? Una tenuta insufficiente può dipendere dalla guarnizione danneggiata oppure dalla presenza di residui tra guarnizione, coperchio e bottiglia.
Il coperchio è chiuso correttamente ma continua a verificarsi una perdita? Verificare l'integrità della guarnizione e assicurarsi che sia completamente inserita lungo tutta la propria sede.
La guarnizione fuoriesce dalla sede quando si apre il coperchio? Un posizionamento non uniforme o una perdita di elasticità può impedire alla guarnizione di rimanere stabilmente nell'alloggiamento.
Si accumulano residui o cattivi odori nella zona del coperchio? Rimuovere la guarnizione e pulire separatamente sia la guarnizione sia la relativa sede, dove possono depositarsi residui difficili da vedere.
La guarnizione appare allentata, indurita o deformata? Con il tempo il materiale può perdere elasticità e non garantire più una corretta pressione tra coperchio e bottiglia.
Suggerimenti per la durata del prodotto
Pulire periodicamente l'anello di tenuta e la relativa sede nel coperchio per evitare accumuli di residui alimentari. Utilizzare acqua tiepida e un detergente delicato, evitando utensili appuntiti che potrebbero incidere o deformare la guarnizione. Controllare periodicamente lo stato della guarnizione e sostituirla se appare screpolata, deformata o non aderisce più correttamente alla propria sede.
Indicazioni per il montaggio
- Separare il coperchio dalla bottiglia e identificare l'apposito alloggiamento della guarnizione.
- Rimuovere la guarnizione usurata con attenzione, senza utilizzare utensili appuntiti che possano segnare la sede.
- Lavare e asciugare l'alloggiamento prima di inserire la nuova guarnizione, assicurandosi che non rimangano residui.
- Inserire la guarnizione nella propria sede facendo attenzione che non rimanga attorcigliata, piegata o parzialmente sollevata.
- Richiudere la bottiglia e verificare la corretta tenuta prima del normale utilizzo.

- Prima di sostituire la guarnizione, controllare attentamente la sede nel coperchio della bottiglia ed eliminare eventuali residui che potrebbero compromettere la tenuta. Questa guarnizione è destinata al coperchio delle bottiglie e non corrisponde alla guarnizione di tenuta del supporto lame del frullatore. Per una pulizia rapida, estrarre la guarnizione dalla propria sede e lasciarla per qualche minuto in acqua tiepida con una piccola quantità di detergente per piatti, quindi risciacquarla. Prima del rimontaggio assicurarsi che la guarnizione e l'alloggiamento nel coperchio siano puliti e completamente asciutti.
