Shipping and returns
The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

L'asta lama utilizza la rotazione generata dal motore del mixer ad immersione per azionare rapidamente le lame e lavorare gli ingredienti. Durante l'utilizzo, il gruppo lame sminuzza e amalgama gli ingredienti fino a ottenere la consistenza desiderata.
Sintomi, quali problemi puoi risolvere sostituendo la lama ad immersione
Il frullatore ad immersione gira ma non frulla correttamente? Le lame del piede lama potrebbero essere usurate, deformate o danneggiate e non riuscire più a tagliare efficacemente gli alimenti.
La lama non gira anche se il motore funziona? Il problema può dipendere dal sistema di collegamento della lama ad immersione al motore, che potrebbe essere consumato o non agganciarsi correttamente.
Durante l'utilizzo si avvertono rumori o vibrazioni anomale? Una lama piegata, un alberino danneggiato o un'usura interna della lama ad immersione possono provocare rotazioni irregolari.
La lama ad immersione perde liquidi dalla zona dell'alberino? Un'usura della guarnizione o del sistema di tenuta interno può causare infiltrazioni e perdite durante l'utilizzo.
Le lame risultano bloccate o girano con difficoltà? Residui di alimento, usura o danneggiamenti dell'alberino possono ostacolare la rotazione.
Consigli del centro assistenza PG Service
- Per mantenere efficiente la lama ad immersione, consigliamo di pulirla subito dopo ogni utilizzo evitando che i residui di alimento si secchino attorno alle lame e all'alberino. Per una pulizia rapida, immergere la parte terminale del mixer in un recipiente con acqua tiepida e una piccola quantità di detergente per piatti, quindi azionarlo per pochi secondi: il movimento delle lame facilita la rimozione dei residui. Successivamente risciacquare accuratamente e lasciare asciugare il componente prima di riporlo. Evitare di immergere in acqua il corpo motore e introdurre dita o utensili vicino alle lame.
