The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

What is the purpose of the cup support grid? This component is a fundamental element for the structure of your coffee machine. Its main function is to provide a secure support for the cups during coffee dispensing, while allowing coffee or water residues to pass directly into the drip tray below. In addition to its functionality pratica, it plays a key role in the aesthetics of the appliance, giving a clean and professional look to your Delonghi machine.
Maintenance and Cleaning Tips
To keep the grid always shiny, cleaning is very important. We recommend washing it regularly with warm water and mild soap, absolutely avoiding abrasive sponges or steel wool that can irreparably scratch the shiny finish. A common mistake is to leave acidic descaling products on the grid: these chemical agents can damage the chrome or steel if not rinsed off immediately. Always dry it with a soft cloth to avoid limescale stains. To preserve its shine for a long time, we advise against dishwasher washing, even though it is possible.
