The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

The boiler represents the beating heart of your professional sanitizing hose. Its function is to transform water into high-temperature steam in a matter of moments thanks to the integrated heating coil. This process allows the Vaporetto to emit a jet capable of reducing bacterial load without the use of chemical detergents, relying solely on the power of heat. This small boiler is inspectable for thorough cleaning, but the operation is recommended only for specialized technicians.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty boiler cause?
Question: Why is no steam coming out of my Polti Vaporetto?
Answer: The main cause is often related to excessive mineral residue buildup that has blocked the boiler's conduits or to the failure of the internal electric heating element that can no longer heat the water.
Question: How do I know if the handle boiler needs to be replaced?
Answer: If the accessory remains cold despite being turned on, or if you hear the pump working but there is no powerful output as usual, it is very likely that the component is irreparably damaged. You may also notice it simply because the steam is much cooler than before (be careful of burns).
Tips for product longevity
Periodic maintenance is the secret to not having to replace components often. At the end of cleaning, it is recommended to let the residual steam discharge and, if provided by the manual, empty the conduits. To keep the system clean, perform washing cycles with specific non-aggressive products, avoiding vinegar which could damage the internal seals.
Service center advice
To ensure a long lifespan for this boiler, we strongly recommend always using water mixed with Kalstop or demineralized water. Experts confirm that most failures occur due to thermal shock caused by limescale deposits that prevent proper heat exchange, leading the steam boiler to burn out prematurely.
