The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

DOMANDA: Perché il mio beccuccio si stacca durante l'asciugatura dei capelli?
RISPOSTA: Con il calore ed il tempo, oppure a causa di danni accidentali, il raccordo di connessione può deformarsi o danneggiarsi. A causa di questo, la connessione potrebbe non essere più precisa e stabile come prima. Sostituendo questo ricambio potrete ricominciare ad usare il vostro accessorio senza problemi. Verificare anche che la parte nel corpo dell'asciugacapelli dove va collegato l'ugello sia perfettamente integro.
A cosa serve l'ugello concentratore?
Un convogliatore d'aria è un accessorio essenziale per ogni asciugacapelli. La sua funzione principale è quella di restringere l'uscita dell'aria, aumentando la pressione e la velocità del getto. Questo permette di lavorare singole ciocche di capelli senza spettinare il resto della chioma, facilitando la lisciatura con la spazzola o donando volume mirato alle radici. Senza di esso, il flusso d'aria sarebbe troppo inefficiente, allungando i tempi di asciugatura e riducendo la qualità dello styling. Risulta essenziale anche per modellare i capelli corti per avere uno stile scombinato o a spazzola.
Guida all'Installazione
Il montaggio è molto facile: basta posizionare l'ugello sulla parte anteriore dell'asciugacapelli e premere delicatamente fino a sentire uno scatto (snap-on), suono che conferma l'avvenuto incastro dell'accessorio. Controlla che l'apparecchio sia spento e raffreddato prima di effettuare la sostituzione per evitare ustioni.
I consigli del tecnico
- Per assicurare una lunga durata al tuo concentratore, assicurati di non coprirlo per lunghe sessioni durante l'asciugatura. Se con i capelli o la spazzola tendi a tenere per parecchio tempo il flusso d'aria ostruito, l'aria calda si concentrerà in modo preponderante sul convogliatore andandolo a deformare.
- Dopo aver terminato di usare il tuo asciugacapelli, non posarlo subito al chiuso ma lascialo prima raffreddare. Inoltre non togliere subito l'ugello, oltre a rischiare di scottarti potresti deformare il raccordo irrimediabilmente.
- Verifica spesso che il filtro dell'aria del tuo asciugacapelli sia pulito e libero da polvere, peli o capelli. In questo modo avrai un ottimo ricircolo dell'aria e allungherai la vita del tuo asciugacapelli e degli accessori.
