The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns: under no circumstances will we be held responsible if the product is lost.

Sintomi, quali problemi può causare una lama da frullatore difettosa?
- La lama non gira anche se il motore del frullatore funziona? Il problema può dipendere dall'accoppiamento della lama da frullatore con la trasmissione del motore, che potrebbe essere consumato, rotto o non correttamente innestato.
- Durante il funzionamento si avvertono rumori o vibrazioni anomale? Vibrazioni e rumori insoliti possono indicare deformazioni delle lame, giochi sull'alberino o problemi nel sistema di rotazione della lama.
- Il gruppo lame gira con difficoltà o risulta bloccato? Residui di alimento, incrostazioni o un danneggiamento dell'alberino possono ostacolare la libera rotazione della lama da frullatore.
- Le lame presentano scheggiature, piegature o deformazioni visibili? Una lama da frullatore deformata o lesionata non dovrebbe essere utilizzata perché potrebbe ruotare in modo irregolare e ridurre l'efficienza del frullatore.
- Gli ingredienti rimangono interi o vengono lavorati in modo poco uniforme? L'usura del filo delle lame può ridurre progressivamente l'efficacia di taglio della lama da frullatore.
Cura e manutenzione del ricambio
Per preservare l'efficienza delle tue lame, è importante pulirle subito dopo ogni utilizzo. Puoi riempire il bicchiere con acqua tiepida e una goccia di sapone neutro, azionando il frullatore per pochi secondi: questo metodo rimuove i residui sotto le lame senza doverle toccare. Evita lasciare le lame in ammollo per ore in acqua calcarea, poiché questo può col tempo rovinare le guarnizioni e causare attrito nel meccanismo di rotazione.
Consigli del centro assistenza PG Service
Gli esperti del centro assistenza consigliano di non sovraccaricare mai il bicchiere con troppi ingredienti duri o congelati senza una base liquida sufficiente. La rottura o l'usura precoce delle lame Moulinex spesso dipende dal surriscaldamento del perno o dal tentativo di tritare sostanze troppo coriacee che bloccano improvvisamente la rotazione. Per un montaggio corretto, assicuratevi che il gruppo lame sia ben avvitato alla base del bicchiere prima di posizionarlo sul corpo motore, verificando che la guarnizione sia ben piatta nella sua sede.
