The order will be processed within 1 working day of the purchase.
- Shipping
Orders paid by 10:00 am on a working day are shipped the same day; all other orders ship on the next working day.
Express shipping in Italy: €5.99 (2-4 working days), free for orders of €30.00 or more.
Delivery times depend on the product: 2-4 working days for items in stock, about 15-25 working days for made-to-order items or items from foreign suppliers, as shown on the product page.
For shipments abroad, the costs and delivery times shown at checkout apply. We only ship to the countries that can be selected at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to temporary courier disruptions or geopolitical events.
PG Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather, customs delays or socio-political events beyond its control.
Customs fees, duties, import taxes, clearance charges in the destination country and similar costs are always paid by the recipient.
- Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can start a return from the orders section of your account (click here).
Return shipping costs depend on the reason: they are paid by the customer for a change of mind, and by PG Service in case of our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and checking the return, using the original payment method. The credit then takes about 5-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
The refund covers the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs.
No refund will be issued for products received damaged, worn or missing internal or external parts or packaging, where applicable. We will provide proof of the product's condition on receipt by contacting you directly.

What is it for?
What exactly does the fan do in a fan? The fan is the beating heart of the ventilation system. Its function is to convert the motor's rotation into a constant and directed airflow. The curved profile of the blades is designed to 'cut' through the air and push it forward, creating a refreshing breeze. In the case of Rowenta models, the blade design is engineered not only for power but also to reduce turbulence, thus ensuring the quiet operation characteristic of series like the Turbo Silence Extreme+.
Symptoms, what problems can a faulty fan cause?
Question: Why is my fan making a lot of noise and vibrating?
Answer: Often the cause is a deformed blade. If a blade is broken or bent, the rotation is no longer centered, causing vibrations that can damage the motor.
Question: The motor is running but little air is coming out, why?
Answer: The central hub of the fan SS-1810003346 may be broken. If the internal attachment is stripped, the motor shaft spins freely without driving the blade at the correct speed.
Question: I found blue/transparent plastic pieces on the ground, what are they?
Answer: It is very likely that the blade has shattered due to material fatigue or an accidental impact. It is necessary to replace the part immediately for safety.
Tips for Product Longevity
To keep your new Rowenta fan efficient over time, we recommend dusting it regularly. Dust accumulation on the edges of the blades creates weight and unbalances the rotation, increasing noise and strain on the motor. Use a damp microfiber cloth to remove dirt at least once volta a month during the usage season. Do not use harsh cleaners that could dull the light blue plastic.
Our Advice
Why do fans break? Besides accidental drops of the fan, the number one enemy is 'plastic fatigue' on the central hub. To extend the life of the spare part SS-1810003346, avoid overtightening the locking bolt during installation: this creates micro-cracks that can open over time due to centrifugal force. Additionally, always ensure that the grille is mounted correctly to prevent foreign objects from hitting the moving blades and check that the base is properly placed on the surface without unevenness; vibrations could cause it to fall during operation. Also, avoid leaving the appliance exposed to sunlight, as rays and heat quickly degrade the plastic, causing it to crumble over time. Clearly, remember never to insert foreign objects inside the grille while the blade is rotating.
